Le sénateur Angel Bolques Jr. a exprimé aujourd'hui sa profonde gratitude au gouverneur Albert Bryan Jr. pour avoir promulgué la loi n° 35-0031 sur les droits des enfants victimes et témoins. Cette loi historique, désormais loi n° 8923, constitue une avancée majeure dans la protection des enfants dans les îles Vierges, garantissant un soutien complet aux enfants victimes et témoins impliqués dans le processus judiciaire.
