El senador Angel Bolques Jr. expresó hoy su sincero agradecimiento al gobernador Albert Bryan Jr. por haber promulgado la "Ley de los derechos de los niños víctimas y testigos" (Proyecto de ley N.º 35-0031). Esta legislación histórica, ahora Ley N.º 8923, es un gran paso adelante en la protección de los niños en las Islas Vírgenes, y garantiza un apoyo integral a los niños víctimas y testigos que participan en el proceso judicial.
