Bolques Jr., Senator at Large, has organized, in partnership with the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA), a territory-wide training initiative to ensure first responders are fully equipped to implement the Safe Haven Newborn Protection Act (Act 8798).
